Bangla Himu Series Book Parapar. Written By Famous Bengali Writer Humayun Ahmed. Humayun Ahmed (13 November 1948 – 19 July 2012) Was A Most Popular Bangladeshi Author, Dramatist, Screenwriter, Playwright And Filmmaker. Dawn Referred To Him As The Cultural Legend Of Bangladesh. Humayun Reached Peak Of His Fame With The Publication Of His Novel Nondito Noroke In 1972, Which One Of His Most Famous Works. He Wrote Over 200 Fiction And Non-Fiction Books, All Of Which Were Best Sellers In Bangladesh.
Humayun Ahmed Was Born In Mohongonj, Netrokona, But His Home Village Is Kutubpur, Mymensingh, Bangladesh. His father, Faizur Rahman Ahmed, Was A Police Officer And His Mother Ayesha Foyez.
He Went To Schools In Sylhet, Comilla, Chittagong, Dinajpur And Bogra As His Father Lived In Different Places Upon Official Assignment. He Passed SSC Exam From Bogra Zilla School. He Passed HSC Exam From Dhaka College. He Studied Chemistry In Dhaka University And Earned BSc (Honors) And MSc With First Class Distinction.
Upon Graduation He Joined Bangladesh Agricultural University As A Lecturer. After Six Months He Joined Dhaka University As A Faculty Of The Department Of Chemistry. Later He Attended North Dakota State University For His PhD Studies. He Grew His Interest In Polymer Chemistry And Earned His PhD In That Subject. He Returned To Bangladesh And Resumed His Teaching Career In Dhaka University. In Mid 1990s He Left The Faculty Job To Devote All His Time To Writing And Film Production.
In 2011 He Had Been Diagnosed With Colorectal Cancer. He Died On 19 July 2012 at Bellevue Hospital In New York City. He Was Buried In Nuhash Polli.

Himu Is A Popular Fictional Character Created By The Popular Bangladeshi Writer Humayun Ahmed Who Appears In A Disjunct Series Of Novels.Him's Real Name Is Himaloy. Himu Is A Shortened Form Of Himalaya. His father Named Him Himalaya Because The Himalayas Symbolized Greatness.
Himu Is A Young Man Whose Age May Be Between 25 to 35. His Appearance Is Odd. He Always Wears A Yellow Punjabi And Walks Barefoot.
Himu Lives Like A Vagabond Or A Gypsy. He Does Not Have Job and, Therefore, No Source Of Income. He Prefers The Life Of A Beggar Than That Of A Hard Worker, Often Praising Begging. However, Himu Walks Endlessly- Never Using Any Forms Of Transportation. He Likes To Meet People From Odd Walks Of Life And Charm (Or Perplex) Unsuspecting People With Prophetic Comments Or Counter-Intuitive Remarks. He Remains Unnerved When Caught In Awkward Situation.
